Capabilities

  • Tool Steels - all grades, including salt bath for high speed steels.  We specialize in tool steels. Small quantities and special handling are standard practice.
  • Alloys - 4130, 4140, 6150, 52100 and all the others, commercial and aerospace.
  • Carburizing and Carbonitriding, 1018. ledloy, 8620, 9310, commercial and aerospace.
  • Stainless steels - 410,416,420, 440, bright anneal 300 series and all precipitation hardening grades such as 17-4, 15-5, 13-8.
  • Superalloys - A286, IN 718, IN750, Waspaloy, etc.
  • Maraging and other special purpose alloys.
  • Non-Ferrous, copper anneal and BeCu hardening, stress relieve of aluminum and titanium.
