Norman Sousa Jr's son, also know as Andy. Andrew has worked at the Sousa Corp. since he was 15, during summers and when he wasn't in school. He continued to work at the Sousa corp while he attended Central Connecticut State University. Andrew graduated from CCSU in the Fall of 2001 with a degree in Finance. He began working at the Sousa Corp full time in 2001 as the general manager. Andrew then became the quality manager in January 2005 when Ron Caron retired.
